Professional Training for High School Students
Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (15–18 hrs/week coached)

Train alongside Mastery students every morning in the same core curriculum — specialty coaching, handstands, tumbling, strength & mobility. Afternoons are yours for academics.
This isn't a watered-down version of Mastery. The morning training is identical. The difference is that you're still completing high school, so your afternoons are dedicated to your education.

All students get unlimited self-training access.

Mastery Prep and Performance Track are parallel paths, not sequential. Mastery Prep means restructuring your life around training. Performance Track fits around a normal school schedule.
Enrollment in an accredited high school program is required. We recommend these online/virtual options that work well with morning training:
